COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEST KITCHEN FACILITY Located just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, our fully equipped test kitchen facility allows for dealer sales representative training and sales support. Our customers benefit through their ability to evaluate our products in operation prior to purchase, which enables them to make an educated purchasing decision. AFTER THE SALE Equipment start-up assistance and end-user training are provided at the customer's facility by Sharkey & Associates on all products upon request.
